Eligible students include those who meet the official graduation requirements for the summer 2024, fall 2024, winter 2025, and spring 2025 terms. Participation in the annual spring commencement ceremony is accorded to students who have been awarded the master’s degree the previous august or february and students who are certified by the registrar’s office to complete their degree requirements by.
